This policy explains what information this website collects, why it is collected, where it is stored, and what you can ask us to do about it. It applies only to this website and the inquiry forms on it.

What we collect

Two categories of information are handled here:

  • Inquiry and offer details — the name, email address, organization, offered amount, preferred timeline and message you choose to submit through the inquiry form.
  • Newsletter / resource requests — the email address you enter to request the buyer's checklist.
  • Basic request metadata — the timestamp, approximate country, referring page, and a truncated user agent string attached automatically by the hosting platform. We do not use this to build profiles.

What we do not collect

  • No payment card details. Payments for a domain are handled by an escrow provider, not by this site.
  • No account registration, passwords, or stored credentials.
  • No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • We do not buy, enrich, or append data from third-party brokers.

How submissions are stored

Form submissions are sent to a serverless endpoint on this site and stored in Cloudflare Workers KV on Cloudflare's edge network. Records are retained for up to 365 days and then automatically deleted, unless a longer period is required to complete a transaction you started or to meet a legal obligation.

The form is protected by a honeypot field, a minimum time-to-submit check, and per-address rate limiting. These exist to stop automated abuse; they are not used to profile visitors.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry, offer, or request — and only for that purpose.
  • To negotiate and complete a domain transaction if you choose to proceed.
  • To send the resource you specifically asked for.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you submitted an inquiry.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-oriented, cookie-free measurement tool operated by Cloudflare. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

Third-party links

Pages may link to external services such as escrow providers or registries. Those sites operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its use. To exercise any of those rights, email us — see below. We will respond within a reasonable period and in any case within 30 days.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with HTTP→HTTPS enforcement and HSTS. Access to stored records requires authenticated Cloudflare account credentials. No transmission method over the internet is completely secure, but we do not collect more than we need.

Children

This site is directed at professional buyers and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page to reflect changes in how the site works. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
